Host Your Celebration With Us

Northwest Badminton Club is the perfect place for a birthday that gets everyone moving. Our coaches run fun, age-appropriate games and drills so the birthday kid and every guest — badminton experience or not — have a blast on court, followed by time for cake and presents in our party space.

When Parties Are Hosted

Birthday parties run every day of the week, 4:00 – 6:30 PM, for kids above age 5. The standard rate covers up to 15 guests, with additional guests welcome for an extra fee.

Party FAQs

Everything you need to know before you book.

Guests & Age
Yes — guests must be above 5 years old.
Only kids are counted toward your guest total — parents who aren't playing during the party don't count.
Yes — additional guests beyond 15 are welcome for $15 per extra guest.
Food & Decor
Yes, outside food and beverages are welcome. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
No — goodie bags, plates, utensils, and napkins are the host's responsibility.
Decorations are welcome — the one restriction is no confetti poppers.
Logistics & Policies
Parents don't need to stay — it's the host's responsibility to arrange supervision for all invited kids during the party.
Non-marking sports shoes with a non-black sole are required on court.
You're welcome to arrive up to 2 hours before your party's start time to set up.
Setup and cleanup are the host's responsibility. If you'd rather not worry about cleanup, we can handle it for an additional fee.
Yes — extra time is available for $50 per additional 30 minutes.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your event for a full refund. There's no separate non-refundable deposit.
