How It Started
Northwest Badminton began in Bellevue, WA, founded on a simple idea: great coaching and good people make the game. What started as Northwest Badminton Academy — a dedicated training facility focused on technique, discipline, and junior development — quickly became a home court for players who took the sport seriously, from first-timers to nationally ranked competitors.

Leagues, Academies, and a Growing Club Team
Weekly drop-in sessions, a competitive club team, and an expanding Junior Academy turn Northwest Badminton into one of the region's most active badminton communities.
Northwest Badminton Club Opens
Our newest and largest facility opens in Snoqualmie with 10 BWF-approved courts, a full pro shop, and room for the community to keep growing — built to be Seattle's premier badminton destination.
